Order processing and delivery timelines: Domestic orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days. We offer free shipping within India on orders above INR 3000 and flat INR 150 on orders below INR 3000. International orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and delivered within 10-15-business days. We charge flat $30 for shipping all international orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order’s status through the shipping carrier’s website. (https://www.delhivery.com/tracking). Orders may take longer to reach remote pins (domestic & international). Note: We clear the Indian customs by default. Unfortunately, custom duties/taxes at the destination country cannot be estimated as we have no control over the same.
Order Changes and Cancellations: Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.
Returns and Exchanges: We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Each piece is made with a lot of hard work and love. Every order is inspected for defects and packaged with love. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Domestic orders- For exchanges, please write to thestore.aarna@gmail.com with the order number and the reason for the exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly ensure that the product you exchange is unused and unworn with the original tags intact. Once we receive the product, our quality check team will inspect for any signs of wear and tear and process your exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. Exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days once the order is received. A refund will be issued to the customer within 5-7 business days if the desired item is out of stock. The customer can expect to receive the refund amount within 5-7 business days after we process the refund.
If the order you received is unsatisfactory and you wish to return it, please click the images on delivery and send us the images along with the reason of return within 24 hours of receiving the order. In such events, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the amount of the order, which can be used to redeem on website purchases within the next six months. As a store policy, we do not offer cash refunds on returns. International orders- We have a strict no-return/no-exchange policy for international orders.
Products purchased on Sale will not be eligible for exchanges and are considered final sales.
